Four Generations

Michael S. Puntillo founded the company in 1950 and formally incorporated Jobco in 1954. The company began building single-family homes in the Great Neck area and then moved into school and church construction in the 1950s and 1960s.
In the 1970s, Mike turned his attention to real estate development while maintaining Jobco’s core business as a general contractor.
Since the mid 1970s, Jobco has constructed or renovated over 10,000 units of housing, including market rate condominiums, subsidized housing, and senior housing. Mike guided the firm through numerous real estate cycles and was active in the firm’s management through 2017.
Mike treated all his employees like family, and he always insisted on maintaining high business ideals and delivering superior quality to his clients.

Company Founder

Michael S. Puntillo founded the company in 1950 and formally incorporated Jobco in 1954. Managing Partner

Urban planning, design, and building are all part of Michael F Puntillo’s DNA. As a third-generation builder and developer, Mr. Puntillo has worked at and ultimately led Jobco and affiliated companies, located in Great Neck, New York, for over 30 years.

During that time the organization has constructed and developed thousands of residential housing units in the Tri-State area, several commercial office buildings, medical facilities, historic buildings and retail stores.

Commitment to building better communities spills over to his personal life. Mr. Puntillo serves on many charitable organizations, community boards and committees.

Fourth Generation

In 2021, Michael T. Puntillo joined PX4 Development, a full-service real estate development, construction, and property management organization. His pivotal role encompasses property acquisition, development financing, and market and feasibility analysis. Upon his arrival, Michael spearheaded a strategic rebranding effort, transforming the company from Jobco Realty & Construction, Inc. into PX4 Development. Under his leadership, PX4 continues to excel in the dynamic real estate landscape, overseeing projects from inception to fruition, and driving innovation in every aspect of our operations.
He became managing partner of PX4 Development in February 2022. A graduate of Fordham University, he received a B.S. in Finance from the Gabelli School of Business. He served as co-chair of the Young Advocates Circle for the Boys Club of New York.
